What this covers
This page explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. It is deliberately short, because we do not collect much and we do not do anything clever with it. Effective September 2026.
What the form collects
Our contact form asks for your name, your phone number, your email address if you want to give one, the city you are in, what you think the trees need, and whatever you write in the message box. We use that to call you back, to work out who should come and look, and to schedule the visit. That is the whole purpose.
Calls and text messages
If you tick the consent box, you are agreeing that we can call or text you about your request. We use it to reach you about your enquiry, your estimate and your job, and nothing else. We do not send marketing blasts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you, and that takes effect straight away.
Who sees it
We both see enquiries, because we share one business inbox. Beyond that, the information sits in the tools we use to run the business, such as our email provider and the software that handles messages and scheduling. Those providers only process it so that we can use it. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we have a reason to, which usually means for our own records of work done and for the ordinary business and tax reasons any contractor keeps paperwork. If you would rather we deleted your details, ask us and we will.
Cookies and this website
This site is built as plain pages and does not set advertising cookies of its own. If your browser blocks everything, the site still works. If we ever add anything that tracks you across other websites, this page will say so before it goes live.
